Referral
Insurance brokers, real-estate agents, property managers, and public adjusters with relationship-aware commissions. Standard referral commission is 15% per cleared booking, paid monthly after a 30-day hold.
Hybrid
Fixed sponsorship plus commission attribution under one agreement. Sponsorship and commission terms negotiated together.
"Cleared revenue" means net of refunds, chargebacks, and Real-Finding-Guarantee refunds, after a 30-day hold.
