What you should know
- We follow FAA Part 107 §107.51. Night ops require pilot night-ops authorization.
- We check TFRs (temporary flight restrictions) before every flight. Active emergency zones may block us.
- Thermal imaging is captured under Washington state privacy law. We don't fly over adjacent properties or persons without consent.
- We are not first responders. We are a credentialed civilian operator.
