Real-Finding Guarantee
If we fly your property and don't find a single thing worth fixing, you don't pay. Not a credit. Not a coupon. A refund.
What "your roof is fine" looks like
Some properties come back clean. No defects. No anomalies. Nothing worth flagging. When that happens, we say so — and you don't pay.
Most inspection businesses have a reason to find problems. The guarantee is how we line up our incentive with yours: if your roof is fine, we'd rather tell you that and eat the cost than invent something to bill for.
What counts as a finding
A documented condition on your property that you didn't already know about — a displaced shingle, an active leak signature, a blocked vent, a thermal anomaly, an envelope or structural condition worth your attention. If your report comes back without one of those, you don't pay.
Preventive items count too. A finding doesn't have to be urgent — if the report flags it, it counts, even if the recommendation is "watch it next year."
Who this is for
Residential inspections — the $499 sticker price, or $299 with Public Release.
Commercial, real-estate, agriculture, events, wildlife, solar, and public-safety work is quoted per job and isn't covered by this guarantee yet.
How to claim it
Click the refund link on your receipt within 30 days of delivery. We review the report, confirm there's nothing actionable in it, and refund the card you paid with — usually within two business days. The report stays in your portal either way.
What's not covered
Weather. If we can't fly safely (heavy wind, rain, low visibility), we reschedule — the guarantee doesn't refund you for a cancelled flight day, just for a clean report.
